I cannot find any info online about it could someone steer me in the right direction ?

sunlight won't turn green to blue(it becomes yellow), chemicals for sure.

Rod, that US postage stamp is quite lovely. not because of the color, but the design is very appealing to me.

Love the 3 cent blue !!!! Very appealing to the eyes to me anyway.

Can anyone tell me what kind of chemicals will alter the stamps in that way ? I would like to attempt some stamp art with some of the kiloware I have lying around .
