I'm curious about the stamp on the right. I could find the one on the left, but no online catalog mentions the other. It seems not to be a regular air mail. Also, what are "Fiscal Consular stamps"? They don't seem to be included in online catalogs that do include revenue stamps. Is there any online source/catalog about them?
Thanks. You always find the answer. I looked there but they are not very consistent with their cataloging: It should have been under 0.20/100, not under 20. So it is still fiscal consular stamp, only airmail? I thought that the fiscal consular stamps were used to pay at the consularity, so how does airmail come in?
