I was unable to find out in the catalog this kind oveprint on this stamp. Any idea where to look for it exactly?

Look like local NE China handstamps from after WWII. Not listed in Scott. Perhaps elsewhere.

What rogdcam said. There are many of these overprints on various Manchukuo stamps. Since they are locals, they won't be covered by the major worldwide catalogs. See:
