Hi forum

I have this orange 30 cent Franklin Stamp

Is it possible to get a value and information on this stamp. (Mint)

Is it uncommon ? Where there any reissues ? are there any things to look out for with this stamp ?

Rumpl, many answers are to be found here: http://www.stampsmarter.com/index.html

I would say that unused examples of this stamp are uncommon. Check to see if it is grilled (does not appear so from photo).

Catalog value varies depending on whether it has original gum or not and whether or not it is never hinged. Retail value varies from that based on condition. The image looks a bit fuzzy. Is the impression sharp on the stamp or kind of worn? In any case it can be quite valuable if in excellent condition with original gum and no faults. 2019 Scott catalog value the stamp (not a proof) which is unused with no grill, no gum and no faults is $950.

Perforation rate of top/bottom does not match the sides.

Top and bottom perfs look good to me. Did a comparison (srail test) and they are very close to a perfect. Can't post it here as I have to use another program which can't be converted to a picture file.

It means the perfs are not authentic. Could be a reperfed proof or essay.

rumpl, you have asked about several stamps recently. If you post scans of the reverse in these cases your questions might be answered more precisely.
