Having read through this interesting posting I have made two conclusions about it.

1) All of you posters were far more patient, tolerant, and even-tempered than I think that I would have been. Dealing with someone that relentlessly screams "the sky is falling, the sky is falling" is very challenging, and I think that the responses to the original poster were thoughtful and reasonable.

2) I have made a note regarding an e-bay seller that I will definitely not buy anything from in the future. I think many others might have this same feeling as well.

Very well done alteration on the PF cert, with correct font & size for the grade notation and the 3 left stars lining up perfectly with the left edge of the stamp image. Obviously, the stamp is not a 90 and fortunately, the PF has made public it's certificate database to detect this type of fraud.

I wonder if an ownership trace would be possible. Whoever owned the stamp altered the cert. Jack Nalbandian is a reputable dealer and would probably have sales records going back to when they rec'd the cert 5 years ago.
