Are these the same Scott number

Without seeing the back it's hard to tell. Do any have grills? The middle one is an interesting shade but basing it off a scan is too difficult. If no grills then probably all Scott 65's unless the middle one turns out to be a 64b.

Center stamp is certainly a strong candidate for some 64 variant. The left and right, in the absence of grills are #65s.

One interesting point though is, the cancellation... this stamp was issued between 1861 and 1862, the postmark show 1883... so someone held on to it a long time before putting it on an envelope.
Get the center one into an experienced hand, looks almost certain to be 64 or 64b (when I balance it's color against the other two examples in the photo).

Classic, I think that date might be 1863.

Middle stamp appears to be the 1863 Pinkish Rose shade. McClung and Dailey both mention that "color" in their works.
