Rick, I can promise you, I read and read :-) its much to put together, see context. another thing, all this different size and types...its that just 1c green ? what about 2c red and so on...the same ?
is there a site where I can find list with perforation numbers directly connected to scottnr , because now I try to make a list after what you tell me..
Dronen71.....I agree, its a lot of reading and searching! I have found that every day....there is SOMETHING else that pops up, you think you have answers, but in reality you found more questions! Keep looking!
The Scott catalog will tell you if there were rotary and / or flat plate printings of different issues of stamps. Check the front of the book and it explains how to read entries for stamp issues. I'm not sure if Stanley Gibbons or Michel do it the same way in their catalogs. It even explains how to tell the size by measuring. The Stamp Smarter web page will have good info on it also.
