I have a few of these stamps but this one looks like it is a different color it has little blue dots on the boarder of the stamp and I think the bottom may have only 10 perfs

I have figured out how to post images but still working on posting a scan I will take another photo of this stamp as this one doesnt look very clear

Keep in mind Lori that you do not count the number of perforations on a side to arrive at the perforation rate. Rather it is the number of holes or teeth within two centimeters. Do you have a perf gauge?
