27 years ago I purchased a roll of 100, .29 cent, US Flag over the white house stamps. There is no perforation on the entire roll. It is still in the original plastic container. Can anyone tell me what they might be worth?
It all depends. Is the whole roll imperforated? What is the plate number? Plates 1, 3, 6, 7, 9 & 12 have been reported imperforated. In 2016 a PS5 (plate strip of 5) was sold on the bi-annual PNC3 auction for $350.00. I suggest you contact PNC3 - they can give you info on an expert on these coils
Thank you for your quick responses. I didn't mean to give the impression that I didn't open them. I did and in doing so discovered that the whole roll was not perforated. I them simply put them back into the plastic pocket and haven't touched them for 27 years. How could I find what plate number was used?
The plate number should be visible on the bottom center of a stamp. You have to carefully unroll the stamps until you see a tiny plate number. This number can be located almost anywhere in the roll, but since these numbers are about 50 stamps apart you should be able to find at least one in your roll
