Not accessible, that site needs improved compatibility: "An error occurred during a connection to postcalc.usps.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s)"
Thanks, but that's also inaccessible. During past years I recall the flats first ounce rate was not updated online until days or weeks after a general rate change. Of course the USPS may have left it at $1 this time, but as you probably know it's been 2x the first class letter rate for years.
