Search as I might, I have been unable to place a Scott stamp number on this Swedish issue. It is a Scott type A-5 stamp, perf 13 1/4, no watermark, horn on back, dark gray or light black on light straw. Could someone possible help me with this?

Timm - Thans for the pointer. This stamp is for 2 ore and 42 is for 4 ore. The only 2 ore type A-5 I have been able to locate is number 40 but that is orange. I am unable to find this amount and color.

I think you're misreading the "4" as a "2".

GeoffHa thank you for the input. It is well hidden by the cancellation, but you are right.
