Nope, I have nothing. Most probably an EFO error freak or oddity, I get mail from colleagues whom like to play jokes, covers with cinderellas, or other countries mixed in with their country's stamps. Other guess, maybe had a "Postage Due" aboard, and your stamp was hit with the canceller?
I agree with Bobby, this was most likely on a paquebot cover. A very simple and legitimate reason to find cancels from any country on the stamps of any other.

Absolutely, however, on reflection, for me, Cyprus.... I think Bobby and John's suggestion has the highest merit. Paquebot, I had not considered that one.
