Hey everyone, I was hoping to get an idea of what kind monetary potential these stamps have? And also if any stamp(s) in this group stands out as special? And really if anyone has knowledge and background on these and doesn't mind sharing their wisdom. I'd appreciate it. And thanks

Hard to see anything of significant value. I would discard damaged stamps. They have no value

A few of these aren't French. The South Africa one (Suid Afrika) and the ones marked Bahawalpur in the top scan, were British Empire/Commonwealth issues.

The last, Philippines, was once a Spanish colony but became independent.

Those in the lower left of the third scan, and in the upper right of the fourth, are revenue stamps from France and are not listed in the basic catalogs, so I have no clue as to their value.

The others are cheap, but some have some interesting histories.

In the first scan, there are some stamps from Bahawalpur, an Indian state that was incorporated into Pakistan. They printed lots of stamps for collectors.

The Indochina stamps overprinted Kouang Cheou are for a small and forgotten French enclave in the Chinese coast, now Guangzhouwan. Thanks to its obscurity and to ambiguities in its legal status, it was a center for smuggling.
