Please share your letter seals. I'd love to see pics of others than mine. I'm pretty sure these three are the only ones I have and for some reason they are all German. I thought for sure I had a wax one but don't seem to be locating it. Anyway here's these.

I really need to be more organized. I found some more.

Some Christmas themed letter seals.

I really like this one from Mexico.

Nice growing collection you have there. I have a few of the USPD seals in with my revenues.

Here is one from Lithuania (ca 1938). Found on official letters sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Those are so nice!

Canada Post has been including self adhesive letter seals when you buy a booklet of stamps the last years. Most of them are rather smallish. I like the bigger ones like these which were included in a stationary pack with themed paper and envelopes to go with the pet stamps (2004?)

I imagine that the King George VI era (which had lots of ciderella stamps) had some used for letter seals also.

Ah, I just realized, you probably mean just officially printed stamps meant for use as a letter seal. Hmmm.

Is there any with cats on them? Lions? Or as part of the wax seal impression? That would be neat.

The two new Canada 2010 Year of the Tiger stamps (Jam 8) are of a hand sealing-stamp carved as a tiger and the other postage stamp is the impression (in gold leaf) left when the seal was pressed into wax or paper (a stylized tiger, similar to heraldry). Sorry for image quality (borrowed from ebay, not issued yet.)

I can't take any credit for them as that is how they came. After a bit of reading I see these can get quite in depth. I do find them quite attractive.

A few from Canadian banks. These were popular in the 1950's to 1970's, and were often used to seal registered letters.

Those are lovely CindyCan. All the seals here are.
Picked these up last year not knowing what they were, but the knowledgeable folks here on SCF quickly set me straight.
