Could someone please help with information about this French stamps.
Is it a Cinderella ? It's previous owner said tath it could be a proof or essay stamp,but he was not certain.

The essays were actually designed by Camille Chazal.He was a supervisor at the Banque de France

Thank you both so much. You've done a extensive research on my question.
At first I thought it might be just one of the many Cinderellas issues of French stamps ,because this type of design was unknown to me before
adding my post. It's always interesting to learn something new in Philately, now I can easily distinguish these stamps ,from other Cinderellas as essays.
