So I've been working on the above and went to a few sites to see some examples. In this one I found on hipstamp, https://www.hipstamp.com/listing/ge...set/19960678 , shouldn't Scott 333, the 20pf, have the engravers names?

The 1958 - 59 20pf, perf 14 issue, does not have the engravers name at the bottom. Scott #'s 476 - 482.
