An aside. Postmarks.
134 = Bristol (1 of 4 offices) EKU 9th January 1846.

The Right hand side is a new one for me, London Districts ?
Maybe SE7 or SE8 ?

Plate 13 started to be used on the 23rd of April 1855 and plate 14 on 22nd of May 1855 according to the Stanley Gibbons, Specialised stamp catalogue,volume 1. Great Britain Queen Victoria. 5th edition. Apart from saying they appear to have been printed on Blued paperI can't help you say if these stamps are plates 13 & 14.
