How much does postmark affect cohabitation and rarity? Is it how pretty the stamp is? I know small special places, periods and other things etc but some rough rules?
The roughest rule is supply and demand, just like for stamps. There are types of both that many people collect, there are types of both that few people care about. In general, consider the postmark and stamp two different and separate things when collecting or valuing.
