I can remember people were collecting them in the 70's, just another branch of Philatelia.

Sounds like a widening of ephemera.
Let's take advantage of that: I got a ticket for parking at the wrong place when I jumped to the post office to buy stamps. Do I hear 100$?

Chinese forgers use the genuine booklet and put forged stamps inside...
It has already been proven that chinese forgers use discarded bottles of Bordeaux
wine with well known labels on them;and fill them up with 2nd rate wine with an old cork !
In France major restaurants remove the labels or destroy the bottles of expensive wine.People look in the trash for them.

Robroy, that is one way to pay tickets. I hope it does not cost that much for a parking ticket in Israel.

Graphis, noticed that yesterday when looking at it. A real bargain.
