Just picked this Schermack up. Thought with 2nd and 3rd line ending ION it would be pretty easy to identify. Very few slogans actually has 2 words ending ION, but nothing ending with WE in the 1st line.

I went thru all slogans in proper period and found nothing. Thinking it may be philatelic, I began searching all dates. When I ran across "SAVE YOUR VISION WEEK" I decided that was a sign to ask for help.

Perhaps it's not a slogan at all. Ideas are appreciated.

When I saw this stamp on ebay I thought it was a NE in the top line. Once I received it I was convinced it was a WE. Your example looks like a match.
