Hello

I am returning with two new MO precancel that I guess is fake. I can´t find them in the PSS database so I suppose they are fake. Can anyone verify this?

Well, there actually is an Odessa, Missouri. Population a little over 5000.

Mount Vernon, Missouri is a little smaller, about 4750

Yes, you are right about Mount Vernon. I find it in the ordinary PSS database but not in the Bicent database.
