From my Scott catalog the difference between Iceland #12 and #27 is the perforations. This has the perfs trimmed off (unless an imperf variety?). Is there a way to tell which stamp it is? Thanks! - Troy

Looks like a cut-out from a postal stationery card or envelope.

If the perforations have been cut off ,then the stamp has no value.

I agree with vayolene. The print has the look of a postal stationery.

Thanks so much for the replies! I'll just put this one aside and look for an actual #27. - Troy

This is a trimmed down stamp. There were no postal stationery items of this denomination issued in Iceland.

Hope this helps!
