I know it's tough to make out what the postmark on these Russian stamps says. But I THINK it says:
#1057;#1040;#1063;#1061;#1045;#1056;#1048;
#1064;#1054;#1056;#1040;#1051;#1040;#1053;#1068;
Can anyone tell me what place that is or what the postmark otherwise indicates? Thank you in advance.

I read this as SACHKHERE - SHORAPANI, with P instead of L in the second name.

The two towns are about an hour or so apart by car.

The style suggests it's a TPO mark but I don't have any reference for it (and I don't see a route number).
