Hello Everyone! Thanks for the add... we are helping someone with his grandfather's and father's stamp collection/accumulation, which was pretty much not looked at since 1935. In one of about a thousand homemade stock pages we found this: is it a DWI #19a? That particular printing has the inverted frame as "normal", and the non-inverted frame as Rare-especially in used condition. Also, would it serve it well to remove the hinges? Thanks for any help on this!
