Hi everyone, got a perf 12 double line wm here. Do I have any votes for blue paper or is my stamp dirty? Thanks in advance..

Fairly sure it is just dirty but if you'd like to give us a better picture or scan please use an orange background and scan both front and back,

This is the best I can do. Manilla folder. This wouldn't be the first stamp I thought was blue but ended up being dirt. Thanks again

Also, this image optimizer makes me downgrade quality to get it uploaded to site. I'm just using a smartphone.

For what it's worth, I don't see blue in that paper. The blue -- or bluish -- paper I've seen is usually distinctly blue-toned. But I could be wrong. It works best when you put the stamp next to a known blue paper stamp. Or at least look at an image of such a stamp to compare to yours.

Bluish paper is more grayish than blue and has rag paper. A James Friel picture.

Ok, I appreciate your wisdom and thanks for the images. Guess it's back to the drawing board. I'll try to get a good image of a good ole blue to hold the next contender I find up to.
