I saw this stamp for sale on
ebay today. Buyer beware! The postmark is a fake. No such circular date-stamp ever existed with "HONG-KONG" at the top and "POSTAGE" or "POST-AGE" at the bottom. This fake postmark was used to change a fiscally used revenue stamp to a postally used revenue stamp in order to increase its value. Hope this helps to educate those that do not know.
