Opinion Request 1 & 5 Cents Stamps

Good morning, I'm an Italian phylatelic neophyte. On the collection of My Grandfather I find 2 stamps that seem to have some anomaly. The first one (1 cent in the picture below) has a different pitch between the teeth on the left and right side, the second one has the lower edge without teeth (5 cents in the picture below). Can they be worth anything? Hope I did'nt have forum section wrong and I thank everyone for any opinion.

The blue stamp is from the bottom row of a pane. These stamps were printed in sheets of 400 and then cut in four panes of 100. A "guideline" was printed where the sheet should be cut - that is the blue line on the un-perforated bottom.
