It's a C10 from the bottom row of a sheet. A C10a would be a stamp of that type from a booklet. Stamps from a booklet were limited to 3 on a page. No perfs on the sides. Image below is an upper left corner of a sheet of C10. Note the upper stamp has a straight edge.
This is C10a - the booklet pane of three. Note the imperforate (straight) vertical sides and the perforated horizontal sides. The bottom stamp has three imperforate sides.
