Hello all,
I found this interesting cover sent to Germany via New York.
It features a 1c Franklin stamp and a printed McKinley 1c stamp.
The text is a request for a catalogue on stamp albums for a collector.
Is there any value to this?

Uprated pre-printed postal cards are not uncommon. 1¢ was the standard post card rate for domestic mail and 2¢ for international.

It's from Puerto Rico which is a bonus. I would think it's worth somewhere between $1 to $5.

Not financially valuable, but overseas usages are always a nice thing to add to a collection.
