Keeping Track Of New Issues Worldwide

As I've mentioned in another post, I'm trying to compile a website listing all giraffe-related stamps ever issued.

For historical issues it's a relatively simple (although long!) task - by hunting through various sites, shops, directories, etc. I can track down 99% of stamps featuring giraffes.

My question, though, is what about future issues. Is there any one site which lists forthcoming issues worldwide? I'm sure there are multiple ones - the Royal Mail for the UK, for example, will tell me what commemorative issues they've got planned for the year, and I imagine (I haven't looked) that there are corresponding sites for all major stamp-issuing countries. Is there anywhere that compiles this information into one place, though?

What I'm trying to avoid is having to constantly have my website be a year out of date - that's to say waiting until the end of 2010 then running a load of Google searches for giraffe stamps issued during that year, finding them and adding them. Is there any way to stay either ahead of, or alongside, the game?
