Russian Stamp 10 Kopek "Vostochnaya Korrespondentsia"

Hello All,
I came across this stamp and cant seem to find it.
It is a 10 Kopek stamp from Russia I assume.
The Text reads "Vostochnaya Korrespondentsia"

Any Idea where this is from?

Ok this website is playing tricks with me.
At first I posted only an image of the stamp itself I had seen.

after some research I found what you see in image above and saved it under the same filename, overwriting the previous image.
Then suddenly the image in both posts contained the old picture. I then deleted the second reply with the wrong first picture and suddenly my initial post had the image switched to this newer image that answers the question...
