Special Stamp Ceremony for the Marvin Gaye Stamp

the Plymouth Show exhibition, stamp dealers bourse, meetings and seminars, and our awards banquet are held under one roof at The Hellenic Cultural Center. Ample free parking is available adjacent to the facility and refreshments will be available throughout the show. The venue is a modern, air conditioned and handicap accessible building.

The Plymouth Show is an American Philatelic Society (APS) Sanctioned, World Series of Philately exhibition. The Grand Award winner is eligible to compete for national awards at the annual APS show, August 1-4 in Omaha, NE. The Plymouth Show encourages exhibitors at all levels to submit an application to exhibit. Our exhibition follows the Committee on Accreditation of National Exhibitions & Judges (CANEJ) regulations. Youth, topical, and single frame exhibits are normally represented at this national exhibition.

A popular addition to The Plymouth Show in 2007 was the "Stamps in Your Closet" table. The West Suburban Stamp Club provides experienced collectors to help visitors evaluate collections and accumulations that they inherited, or have rediscovered from their own past. Our team of volunteers provides a non-threatening atmosphere where visitors can be sure they are receiving unbiased advice. No appointment is necessary and there is no charge for this service. Hours of this popular program are 11 AM - 3 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

In 2011 our show introduced a reinvented youth area that included instruction on collecting basics, free starter kits, and opportunities for youth to shop our extensive dealer's bourse. Other exciting additions to this program are being worked out. Check back for updates.

We invite philatelic groups to meet at The Plymouth Show. The Plymouth Show has proudly hosted the annual meeting of the Peninsular State Philatelic Society, and The Plate Number Coil Collectors' Club.
