On February 21, 1997 Singapore issued a "Traditional Games" set of 4 stamps and a souvenir sheet of the 4 values. The low value of the sheet stamp is inscribed "For Local Addresses Only", whereas the souvenir sheet low value states postal cost of local mailing, i.e. "22 cents". 22c. Shuttlecock 35c. Marbles 60c. Tops $1. Fivestones    |
