Many thanks, KuoLC5310, for starting this thread and sharing great stamps. The origin of man and early life subject is a part of my monkeys on stamps collection and I will share a little from it. Dryopithecus africanus, known as Proconsul, issued by Kenya-Uganda-Tanzania on May 2, 1967:  Here is the stamp on FDC with the complete set "East African archaeological relics". The cover signed by Louis and Mary Leakey, Kenyan paleoanthropologists discovered the Proconsul skull:  |
