US 1894-1912 2c Postage Due D2 Perf 12 - Brown When Compared To All My Other Stamps

Good Morning,

Out of all my postage due stamps - this one stands out the most as having an almost brown color. I can't make out the watermark due to the cancel however someone here might know how to identify it without the watermark I'm sure.

FOR COLOR PURPOSES AND DIFFERENCES: I scanned my Stanley Gibbons colour key to compare my stamps with the same scanner, same lighting for precise color identification.

I think it is the Lake-Brown

Looks more J39 Deep Claret than lake-brown to me.

Thank you all. The brown on this stamp really shows when placed next to my other stamps - I'll scan the ones most unalike and post again. I'll also try the spectrum watermark detector. Hopefully get to the bottom of this. Again, thanks for the input.
