Another thread took me to the Precancel Stamp Society website www.precancels.org

For folks already knowledgeable about Precancels, most of the information would probably be redundant. But for 'newbies' and those interested in learning, it's very informative.

Also, check out their sister organization in Great Britain www.pssgb.org.uk
