Please Help Identify And Date This 1c Jefferson Postcard

Hello - I was hoping someone might be able to help me date this 1c Green Jefferson card. The flip side of the card is an Amateur Radio Operator "Little Smiling Octopus" ad. The other items in the estate were dated from 1892 to 1940 so I am really clueless. I would also love to know if there is anything special about the stamp side of the card. Please forgive my ignorance and lack of knowledge. Thanks!

Please bear in mind that this post card design was in use through the 1940s and even beyond.

UX27 was *THE* workhorse postal card from 1914 to the end of 1951, with a short interruption during WWI. Dating your card from this angle is problematic.
A much better approach is to research the radio call letter format of the W2LSO, which I believe is a later format.
Forced to guess, I would lean heavily toward the 1940 end of your date range.
