The top two look similar but are in "mils" and "fils". They also say Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Are they actual Palestinian stamps with a currency change? Thank you.

The first is Transjordan, obligatory tax stamp of 31 May 1947. The second is Jordan, obligatory tax stamp of 1951. The currency changed in 1950.

No. The one the right is a photoshopped fake. Both are the exact same stamp which is easily seen by noting that all perforation separations are identical. I trust this is not your photo but copied from some other site trying to deceive someone.

Hi Londonbus. It's good to see you again. Your proposal makes the most sense seeing that the Hebrew text was eliminated. Seeing that certain groups of people wish to deny any historical Jewish presense in the area they actively erase any evidence to the contrary.
