Greetings.

Believe the above stamp was included in a mixture of Canadian material.

Design includes the years 1956 - 1970.

Could the image be some sort of satellite dish?

Any help identifying this stamp will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Jim

That looks like my Weber BBQ Kettle. The lid hangs on a hook behind it when you need to access the grill to turn the meat

No idea about the source of stamp - if it even is a postage stamp.

Uboatnut...

Interesting idea.

According to the Weber corporate website, the grill was invented in 1952. Which predates the year span shown on the stamp.

That is almost certainly an image of a kettle grill, evidently an in-ground model, maybe with a gas line feed. The lower part of the image looks like a drafting table and desk. No idea what it could signify, though.

Hi.
I think it's a design studio with a drawing board of PQ designs, which make chairs like that of the label motif.
Regards.

That is a tab from the full pane of Scott #1654, from 1997. See fifth row, first tab for the one you have. Honouring the 20th Intl Congress of the Intl Council of Societies for Industrial Design (there's a mouthful!) held in Toronto that year.
