I have found these revenue, stock transfer and other stamps amongst some U.S. material I have. Not having a catalogue for this sort of material I want to identify by catalogue # and approximate values. I doubt there is any value but would like to acknowledge that. Thanks for any help.

State of NY Stock Transfer, both are: ST163 (The State Revenue Catalog)
I'll have to get back to you on the NY Customs Service tag.
