For #718 Scott lists illustration A74(b). My copy (see scan) shows what Scott lists as illustration A74(a). Is that an error in Scott? Or am I misunderstanding or mistaken somehow. (My catalogue is admittedly a bit old: Classic Specialized 2013.)

Not changed. Looks like you found an error.
Last time I emailed Amos with an error, I never heard back again.

Also note that all stamps in this set of the same design (A74) are wrongly noted as overprint (c).

Surcharge type (a) was used on types A71, A72 & A74.

Surcharge type (b) was used on type A70.

Surcharge type (c) was used on type A75.
