Hi Golds, and welcome to the forum. One small thing you can do first of all is check for a possible watermark and tell us what the perforations are. Your strip looks like it came from a booklet pane

If 11x11 it is a booklet pane pair, Scott 552a. No need to determine watermarks on 4th Bureau issues; they have none.
