Hi

Having trouble with the perfs of this stamp. I'm finding perf 13 on three sides but perf 12 on one vertical side. Perf 13 isn't listed in Scott for this issue. Does it exist or did someone alter this stamp?

Looks to be all the same gauge to me(?)

Thank you. You're amazing. I don't know how you do that with the image. All four sides are the same perf. I am sure of that now.
