Hello: Does anyone know how to contact the author/editors of the "Mexico's Revenue Stamps" Priced Catalogue, 2011 Edition? I have a few varieties that aren't listed.
Thanks!

I'd start with Mexico-Elmburst Philatelic Society International (MEPSI).
I believe that the authors are members of that society... Could be in error though.
However, a good place to start.

Believe Jesper Andersen at MEPSI is good starting point. He is the "print publications coordinator" (or some such title). There is a link for "publications" on the MEPSI homepage.
