As I believe I shared previously, purchased a couple of folders of cinderellas a few years ago at a local stamp show. And am finally getting around to reviewing the "treasure".
This stamp bears the title "National Science Development Board". Believe the vintage is c 1976.
There was a set of 15 "Documentary Stamps" recently listed on
ebay. The listing expired on March 22. The BIN price was 15 USD.
A similar stamp was included in the set of 15.
