Hello

This time I found these stamps in a ND collection, does not look like precancels and Timmer is not listed in the PSS database. What kind of cancel is it?

Twice a day, the "Galloping Goose," a small mail and passenger train, would pass through Timmer.

Looks like rubber stamp cancels. Probably just the Postmaster promoting "one of Morton County's liveliest towns".
