Having recently won a contest by ClassicPhilatelist (thanks again Scott!), I thought that I would "pay it forward" and offer another contest, but this time for some back of the book stamps.
Up for grabs are mint, never hinged copies of RVB1 and RVB2. They have a combined Scott catalog value of $82.50.
