I went through a bunch of these A61. I have found left bleeding 2's and one right bleeding 2 and one that is debatable for both 2's bleeding. Has anyone else come across these types in A(61)

Yes. They are seen on the Sc#220s printed by the American Bank Note Company as well as some of the 2c Baby Bank Note Issues printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
