I am trying to figure out if this could be a genuine #315 used.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

NanoPhilatelic,
If you send this to an expertizing service, the rule (established by the APS many years ago now), is minimum size considered to be genuine is 21.5mm X2 5mm or bigger. If it doesn't meat that criteria, it's not a 315.
