Don't Buy From This Seller On Ebay - Joclaresho

This guy has many dodgy listing, which I wrote to him about and he says "Oh, I'm just an old doctor, my friend gives me all the advise, and I've listed over 400,000 stamps... and any way it goes to a good cause".
But refuses to change listings that are ill-described.
In addition, I bought a lot from him, he sends me an email saying "Oh, the shipping from Australia is expensive, so just wait until my auction next month, and I'll combine shipping". So I waited, looked at his listings that were put up, found 5 bogus listings, emailed him about them, he changes none, then I suddenly get a "Your purchase has been refunded" message from PayPal. And an email from him saying "Oh, that lot is no longer available, because you didn't confirm for us to hold it, and it's been 2 weeks". First, I DID confirm his original message, and second, I get this after calling out his other listings.
The lot I bought was a small lot, and I was the only bidder at $2. Like most of their items, they have $1 - $2 starting bids, and I think he has just pulled it because he didn't get the bid on it that he wanted, this whole thing is a scam to recycle it. The lot never went up again, as he says, he only "Lists once a month"... so where did my stuff go!

My dealings
I bought 2 items, and found him pleasant enough,
received the goods no problems, including freebies.
I just made a decision to cease, when postage rates went up, not sure if that was an ebay thing. $7 postage to go 200Km was hard to understand.

Here's the trail going back... his original message to me:

I have opened some old albums, and some good stamps will be listed on my next list starting from May 5 and ending on 12th.

Postage from Australia is so high, so if you wish I could store the sheet and send it to you after my next listing

Either way is fine.

This was my reply:
Cool, I'll have a look at your other stuff, once it's up, and I'll advise after.

Here's the message he sent me today:
The listing that you paid for, is no longer available because it was from last month and not paid to be kept or to be sent when asked for.
I have 982 Citation, Harris and many others big stamp albums so, I don't even know where the listing is because what is not sold thrown int a bag or box. The payment made today has been refunded.
Many times buyers buy many listings and say to keep them that they will pay and then they don't. You lose out the llsting fees as well as the opportunity to relisting them again.


MEH.. he offers to combine shipping, I tell him I'll look at his other stuff, and now its "tossed in a bag or a box and I can't find it because you waited"?

I didn't even mind I was paying the $16 is shipping for basically 1 Vario page of 10 - 12 stamps...
